Carinya is located opposite Delwood inner harbour beach and the Spit Bridge to Manly Scenic Walk. Embraced by Manly Cove, it is one of the most picturesque locations in Australia.
From Carinya it is just a brief walk to the ferry and the heart of Manly, but far enough from the main tourist area.
Ferry access to the city Circular Quay, opposite the Sydney Harbour Bridge is a 20 minute transit on the Jetcat or 30 minutes by the world famous and much loved traditional Manly Ferry. The bus system serves the residential areas and main arterial routes.
